Hello, friends! This week marks the beginning of our annual trip to visit family on the East Coast. We have a lot of flying and driving happening this week, so I’m not going to bother thinking about what we will be happening for dinner each night. I DO know we’ll be home tomorrow night and I have the ingredients to make lentil soup, so that is happening at the very least.
MONDAY:
– Lentil Soup
TUESDAY – THE NEXT THREE WEEKS!
– Annual East Coast Summer Trip!
Even though I’ll be traveling, I’ll still publish each Sunday so you can call continue sharing your menus with one another. Plus, I have a few giveaways and fun things coming up, so the blog won’t be completely on vacation. 😉
As usual, and especially now when I’m basically in vacation mode, we need your menus! Please share your weekly meal plans! Thank you all for your awesomeness!
Have fun and enjoy your getaway Jane!

Lisa, can you share your recipe for Thursday’s meal? Sounds so good!
Hi Jamie! It’s a very simple recipe for the pork loin! I just marinate it in a sweet hot mustard-marinated and grapeseed oil for 24 hours. Right before it goes on the grill, i chop thyme, rosemary, and parsley and rub all over the loin with salt & pepper. It’s delicious! 🙂
How fun! Enjoy!
