Week 498 Weekly Menu

Tomorrow is my last day of vacation…which means next week I will be back to normal with everything, including the weekly meal plan. This week I’m planning a nice and simple menu to ease myself back into real life.

    Sunday – Chicken alfredo w/spinach & mushrooms over penne, salad
    Monday – Fried round steak, mac & cheese, green beans
    Tuesday – Leftovers
    Wednesday – Pork chops, potato packets, peas
    Thursday – Meatloaf, fried potatoes, corn
    Friday – Leftovers
    Saturday – Shredded pork w/spinach & mushrooms over pasta

    Monday – Leftover Pizza
    Tuesday – Apple, Potato, and Bacon Gratin with Meatballs
    Wednesday – Salad
    Thursday – Honey and Thyme Pork Ramen

    Tues – Sloppy Joes, Fruit Salad
    Wed – Cheesy Pasta Bake
    Thurs – Italian Five Cheese Chicken Rollups, Salad
    Fri – Chicken Enchiladas
    Sat – Taco Salad
    Sun – Teriyaki Pork Roast, Rice, Mixed Vegetables

    We also just returned from vacation. It’s hard coming back to reality!

    M: paninis/fruit/chips

    Tu: Crock-Pot coconut-basil chicken/steamed rice/edamame

    W: 1st Day of School! MYO pizzas & salad and brownie sundaes for dessert

    Th: green chili-cheese beef/black beans/rice

    F: I’m making 7-layer dip for Bunco at a friend’s so it’s l/o for boys

    Sa:. Back-to-school BBQ at a friend’s… taking Mexican rice casserole and coleslaw.

    Su: take-out or delivery

    Yes, it is time to get back to work… The waffles on Thursday looks amazing:-)
    Mon: eating at a friends
    Tue: homemade sushi
    Wed: pasta with bolognese sauce
    Thu: meatballs with rice
    Fri: eat out
    Sat: salad
    Sun: rice with chicken and vegetables
