Week 499 Weekly Menu

Happy Sunday! It’s going to be nice and warm this week, so I’m going with meals that don’t require much heat in the kitchen!

– Hot dogs and brats on the grill
– Fresh fruit

– Leftovers

Rachel Sandwiches

– Takeout night

– Breakfast for dinner: Waffles and Smoothies

    I have been neglecting to share for months! But still going strong with our menus – now I just plan them for a family of 4 instead of 3, lol

    Sat — out
    Sun — 95+ degrees with 99% humidity, i refuse to cook
    Mon — Steak kababs, potatoes
    Tues– grilled chicken over pesto zoodles with cherry tomatoes
    Wed– Franks & beans
    Thurs — hummus ravioli & fried zucchini
    Fri — Vacation!

    Tue: Shrimp stir fry
    Wed: Grilled chicken sandwiches, cucumber salad
    Thu: Out
    Fri: Open face turkey sandwiches, gravy, carrots
    Sat: Caesar salad with grilled salmon

    Mon: hamburgers and corn on the cob and watermelon
    Tues: crock pot chicken teriyaki rice and veggies
    Wed: MIL bringing dinner
    Thurs: sausage and broccoli pasta with green salad
    Fri: shredded chicken tacos
    Sat: leftovers
    Sun: out

    Sunday – Turkey stuffed shells in sauce, salad, garlic toast
    Monday – Italian beef (crockpot) sandwiches, mac & cheese
    Tuesday – Roast beef w/mushrooms over pasta, salad
    Wednesday – Chicken on the grill, potato packets
    Thursday – Leftover shells, salad
    Friday – Hot dogs, baked French fries
    Saturday – Its that time for HS band sub already

    This is our last week before school starts. One heading off to college this week and one coming home from college. And we’re throwing in one last road trip before our high schoolers need to be back.

    Mon – BBQ in the Park with friends
    Tues – Tacos
    Wed – Beef Stroganoff, Spinach Salad
    Thurs – Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Salad
    Fri – Road Trip
    Sat – Road Trip
    Sun – Road Trip

    Goodbye to Summer!

    Tuesday – Chopped salad with crab legs and bakery rolls
    Wednesday – rice bowls with shrimp
    Thursday – Leftovers
    Friday – sushi take out!
    Saturday – fancy dinner out for our 33rd anniversary!

    Mon: Gilled cheese and soup
    Tues: Tacos and burritos
    Wed: Ranch crusted chicken breasts [like a homemade shake and bake]
    Thurs: Crock pot chicken and rice
    Friday: We eat out every friday. Have since we got married – just more interesting now with 2 kids of course
    Saturday: Grilled pork chops
    Sunday: Grilled Italian Sausages with onions/banana peppers [nitrite free all natural sausage]
