Week 502 Weekly Menu

Hi friends! Well, the first week of school went by quickly, and yet it felt like forever. Needless to say it was so nice having my menu planned and grocery shopping done for this week. Lifesaving!

    Sunday- hoagies before the Phillies game! ( They lost)
    Monday- burgers an sausages on the grill, corn and salad – our purple day celebration – celebrating my late sistetr’s life!
    Tuesday- salmon, veggie, rice and salad
    Wednesday – spaghetti with sauce and salad
    Thursday – tacos
    Friday- out
    Saturday – leftovers

    School starts Tuesday. New state, new school! Everyone is anxious and excited. Making some kiddo favorites to ease the transition.

    Sunday: Florida dinner (rice, beans, greens, and cornbread)

    Monday: Tacos (sausage, rice, lettuce, cheese, avocado)

    Tuesday: Cacio e pepe (AKA spicy noodles)

    Wednesday: Breakfast For Dinner burritos (scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese)

    Thursday: Pizza

    Friday: Leftovers

    Saturday: Out

    I have actually been doing a little planning these past few weeks. The move really upset my ability to even create a plan but I’m still cooking pretty simple.

    Salsa Beans and Rice (with beef)
    Skillet Chicken Alfredo
    Shepherds Pie
    Beef Tips in Gravy over rice
    Mac and Cheese
    Leftover Spaghetti
    Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes

    Tuesday: Salami and Pickled Pepper Sandwiches and Fresh Fruit

    Thursday: PW’s Curried Chicken Pasta Salad
    Friday: Bacon and Tomato Pasta
    Saturday: Clam Chowder
    Sunday: Left Overs
