Week 504 Weekly Menu

Happy Sunday, everybody! Nate and I just finished spending 3 days at the Kaaboo Festival in Del Mar, CA. It was a blast and the music today was especially stellar (The Avett Brothers won the weekend and we were so glad we took Cate with us today so she could see their show). Anyway, I’m in a happy mood after all of the fun and not ready for real life again! 😉 But alas…time to get back in the groove, starting with the weekly menu!

Spaghetti and Meatballs

Asian Chicken Salad

Honey Goat Cheese Pizza and Pepperoni Pizza

– Takeout night

    Tue – Ham and Peppers Pasta Bake
    Wed – Leftovers
    Thur – Bourbon Chicken and Rice with Broccoli
    Fri – Jalapeno Blue Cheese Meatballs and Herb Noodles
    Sat – Fish Pie
    Sun – Been and Cheese Oven Baked Burritos and Mexican Rice

    Tuesday: Angel Hair with Peas and Pancetta
    Wednesday: Enchilada Casserole and Corn
    Thursday: Spaghetti with Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil and Italian Sausage
    Friday: Feijoida
    Saturday: Angel Hair with Bacon and Tomatoes
    Sunday: Left Overs

    Mon: Out
    Tues: Shrimp Fried Rice, Asian Slaw
    Wed: Lemon-Tarragon Roasted Chicken Thighs, Cherry Tomato Gratin, Green Salad
    Thurs: Pork Chops with Apples, Roasted Potatoes and Shrooms
    Fri: Beans and Rice with Chorizo, Cornbread
    Sat: Who knows!

    Sun – Homemade Pepperoni Pizza
    Mon – Pasta w/meat sauce, tomato cucumber salad
    Tue – Roast chicken, mashed potatoes, broccoli
    Wed – Quinoa & roasted vegetable bowl
    Thu – Soup & Bread
    Fri – Pizza
    Sat – leftovers

    Mon – Steak Salad (using leftover steak from yesterday’s BBQ), Minestrone soup, Fresh Fruit
    Tues – Beef and/or Chicken Fajitas, Rice & Beans
    Wed – Dijon Chicken, Rice, Salad
    Thurs – Salisbury Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots
    Fri – Home Football game so pizza and salad
    Sat – Cheesey Chicken, Potatoes, Salad
    Sun – Burgers, Fries, Salad

  6. Sunday: Grilled chicken and Spiraled root vegetable casserole
    Monday: Pumpkin muffins
    Tuesday: Mac & cheese and green beans
    Wednesday: Grilled chicken and curried quinoa salad with apples
    Thursday: Baked sweet potato (in slow cooker) with BBQ sauce and blue cheese
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

    This s the week of 15 min dinners. None of them will take more than 15 mins to prep or cook (ok, maybe frozen pizza technically takes 20)

    Sun meal prep: boiled eggs, prechopped onions
    S- Chef salad with tuna, egg, northern beans, onions
    M- Sweet potatoes stuffed w/black beans, onions, guacamole and mozzarella cheese
    T- Black bean quesadillas with onions and guac
    W- microwave TV dinners: chicken tikka masala with rice
    Th- Polenta slices with spaghetti sauce (lunch polenta slices)
    Fr- Frozen pizza

    Sun: out to the coast 🙂
    Mon: frilled chicken sandwiches with avocado, grilled pineapple and onion
    Tues: chicken tostadas and salad
    Wed: kabobs and rice and fruit
    Thursday: jalapeno popper chicken(saw it on Facebook….)
    Friday I’m taking the kids out of town to a baby shower, hubby is in his own until Sunday

    Sunday – Turkey legs, sweet potatoes, greens beans w/bacon
    Monday – Porcini mushrooms & truffle ravioli w/Alfredo, salad
    Tuesday – Turkey rice soup(from stock & leftover turkey & rice), grilled cheese
    Wednesday – Leftovers
    Thursday – Chicken, bacon & cheese melts
    Friday – Chicken Burritos
    Saturday – HS Band sub & fries

    Sunday: burgers and chips with extended family
    Monday: green salads & dinner rolls
    Tuesday: Leftover lasagna and edemame
    Wed: sandwiches (gotta remember to get some deli meat)
    Thurs: on your own
    Fri: homemade pizza
    Sat: Hamburger Pot Pie (the kids are going to love this!)
