Week 508 Weekly Menu

Hello, friends. So, it’s time to plan a menu and I have NO CLUE what I want to make this week. Here goes nothin’…

– I’m going with free kids’ night at Corner Bakery Cafe again – hard to resist!

– Leftover Homemade Pizza

– Sausage, Pepper & Onion Hoagies

– Honey Mustard Chicken Wraps

– Loaded Nachos with Guacamole

– Leftovers

– Eat out night…we’re spending the day in Julian pumpkin picking and exploring!

    Tuesday: Hungarian Rice and Fresh Fruit
    Wednesday: Broccoli Sausage Pasta
    Thursday: White Chicken Chili and Cheese Crisps
    Friday: Alfredo Pasta and Salad
    Saturday: Paprika Chicken with Chickpeas and Corn
    Sunday: Left Overs

  3. My grandparents built their dream home with their own hands in Julian but had to move back down the hill a few years ago to be closer to good medical care. So many wonderful memories. Go to Dudleys for me!

    Last week our AC and washer died so we fixed those, then over the weekend we had two birthday parties and a yard sale and next week my daughter and I are traveling to New England for a wedding’s been crazy so our menu plan is simple.

    Monday-BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad (using homemade BBQ sauce) and tortillas

    Tuesday-Black Bean Chili with corn chips

    Wednesday-We are studying Germany this week in our homeschool, so I am making Sauerbraten, Spaetzle and Red Cabbage.

    Thursday-taking father in law to dinner for his birthday.


    Saturday-out to eat

    Sunday- buffalo chicken tenders, French fries, salad
    Monday-salmon, rice, baked eggplant
    Tuesday – tuna hoagies, French fries
    Wednesday- chicken chili and salad
    Thursday- shrimp fried rice
    Friday- out
    Saturday- leftovers

    Mon- grilled shrimp, veggies. Side of rice

    Tue- grilled salmon, veggies

    Wed- pork tenderloin, broccoli

    Thur- chicken fajitas

    Fri- naan pizza, tossed salad

    Sat- event food at the Head of the Charles Regatta

  6. Sunday: Husband cooks Blue Apron meal (roasted chicken & maple sweet potatoes with collard greens)
    Monday: Lentil chili in slow cooker with baguette
    Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner burritos
    Wednesday: Baked pasta (with leftover chili)
    Thursday: Blue Apron, Part Deux
    Friday: Daughter’s 8th birthday!!….her choice
    Saturday: Out with grandparents

    Tues – Pork Tenderloin Roast, Noodles & Butter, Roasted Apples
    Wed – Meatball Stroganoff
    Thurs – Chicken, Broccoli, & Cheese Soup, Breadsticks
    Fri – Italian Drumsticks & Spaghetti, Salad, Breadsticks
    Sat – Eat out
    Sun – Sloppy Joes, Pasta Salad

    Monday – Parm crusted pork chops, loaded potato casserole, honey glazed carrots
    Tuesday – Crispy chicken thighs w/blistered tomatoes & basil, cheesy Spanish rice, applesauce
    Wednesday – Hamburgers and French fries
    Thursday – Leftovers
    Friday = Chicken tetrazzini, salad
    Saturday -Chicken ranch tacos

    Sun – Roast Beef & Veggies

    Third: bone stew and vegetables
    Wednesday: Quinoa Stuffed Peppers Spanish
    Thursday: Grilled meat and cauliflower
    Friday: Vegetarian
    Saturday: Ink Pasta with shrimp and fries
    Sunday: Fish and chips
