So, it’s kind of looking like after all these years Monday is my planning day…but I actually think I like Sunday, better! I need to get back on the Sunday train! ANYWAY…let’s talk this week’s dinner plans!


Chicken Soup with Rice

Caprese Paninis

– Leftovers

Steak, roasted potatoes and veggie

– Takeout night

– Breakfast for dinner: waffles and smoothies

    Sun: Pasta with shrimp, garlic, & olive oil, salad
    Mon: Pan fried rock fish, coleslaw, and baked fries
    Tue: Tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwiches
    Wed: Orange chicken, brown rice, green beans
    Thu: Egg & black bean burritos with salsa
    Fri: English muffin pizzas, salad
    Sat: Baked cod, corn, salad

    Sunday – Chili at my daughter’s then pumpkin carving!
    Monday – Salmon, rice, brussel sprouts and salad
    Tuesday – baked sweet potatoes with chili and salad
    Wednesday – Chopped Salad with baguette
    Thursday – Chicken parmesan with salad
    Friday – take out
    Saturday -out in DC for son’s birthday!

    Mon – leftovers
    Tue – White Chicken Chili and Baguettes
    Wed – leftovers
    Thur – Honey Sriracha Pork with Rice and Broccoli
    Fri – leftovers
