Week 512 Weekly Menu

Hello! Once again I’m a day late and a dollar short, but at least I’m still getting my meal plan done! I won’t got into details, but I was in bed a lot last week and am finally feeling better, so here we go!

    Sunday: Italian Beef, braised leeks, and pumpkin pie
    Monday: Cacio e pepe
    Tuesday: Loaded BBQ Chicken Nachos
    Wednesday: Ginger fried rice
    Thursday: Leftovers
    Friday: Pizza night
    Saturday: Out

    I was down for the count last week too! Cheers to feeling better!

    Sat — chicken tenders, mac & cheese
    Sun — tuna noodle casserole; the 9 yr old opted for leftovers with a side of whining & crying
    Mon — crab cakes over spinach salad (because I no longer care the the 9yo “doesn’t like that”)
    Tues– steak, potatoes, green beans
    Wed– homemade pizza (one spinach, one pepperoni)
    Thurs — Butternut squash soup with apple & cheese paninis
    Fri — breakfast dinner is the plan, but let’s be real, I’ll probably just give up and order take out.

    Mon – White Mushroom pizza & Salad
    Tue РChicken, hummus, crudit̩
    Wed – Pasta & salad
    Thu – Soup & quesadillas
    Fri – Pizza
