Happy holidays, friends! This week’s menu is pretty much non-existent! 😉 I’m just relishing the holidays/leftovers/never knowing what we’re doing each day! But come this Sunday things are going to get REAL in the menu planning department. Brace yourselves!

Tuesday: Bean and Rice Burritos, Avocado and Tomato
Wednesday: Ham, Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Corn
Thursday: Cream of Chicken Soup and Carrots
Friday: Chicken Picatta and Broccoli
Saturday: New Year’s Appetizer Extravaganza
Sunday: PW’s Pork Chops with Garlic and Wine and Green Beans
Monday- Friday : leftovers!
