– Nate and I are going to the U2 Joshua Tree concert! Can’t wait! (Plus Lumineers open for them, it’s going to be so fun!)
– I think I’ll just leave money for pizza for the kids and the babysitter!

    We’re in the middle of insanity time, the farm demanding 30 hours a day, and the day job demanding 36. But, I still managed something of a 21 meal menu, and miraculous have actually made the meals planned so far…

    Tonight is the TWFD Jerkish Chicken, which I’m excited to try!

  6. My husband is out of town this week. Flying solo!

    Sunday: Out to dinner for Thai food
    Monday: Chicken pot pie (Ina Garten)….big hit last week so it has an encore this week!
    Tuesday: Pumpkin muffins
    Wednesday: Salmon/asparagus/lemon foil packets
    Thursday: Slow cooker ribs
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Something quick before my choir concert, then out for drinks afterward. 😉

    Sun: I made a Mexican Fiesta Feast for my mom and all family.
    Mon: Leftovers
    Tue: Ramen noodles topped with cheese and soft boiled egg
    Wed: Grilled lemon garlic chicken, mixed veggies, salad
    Thu: Scallops, corn, salad
    Fri: Shrimp & veggie stir fry, baked egg rolls
    Sat: Veggie burgers, carrot chips

    Fri – Fajitas (grilled flank steak and peppers)
