Week 548 Menu

Well, I guess I am officially in vacation mode because I forgot to put up the weekly menu post on Sunday as promised! Sorry! This week we’re cooking pizza’s in a smoker, making pulled pork in the smoker and other delicious things. Also, one day in NYC! So, that’s the extent of my weekly menu planning. 😉

    Monday: Roasted Cauliflower, Ricotta, and Dill Linguine
    Tuesday: Pineapple Pork Ribs and Sweet and Salty Rice
    Wednesday: Steaks with Cauliflower Garlic Puree
    Thursday: Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce and Peas
    Friday: Chili with Fritos and Guacamole
    Saturday: Crab, Cream Cheese, and Scallion Wontons and Salad
    Sunday: Pork Stuffed Cucumber Soup (Cravings)

    Mon – Panini, Chips, Cantaloupe
    Tues – Spaghetti & Meatballs, Zucchini, Spinach Salad, Garlic Bread
    Wed – Chicken Salad
    Thurs – Tator Tot Casserole, Broccoli & Cauliflower
    Fri – Marinated Grilled Chicken, Rice, Mandarin Oranges
    Sat – Breaded Chicken Strips, Cheesey Potatoes, Salad
    Sun – Grilled Pork Chops, Rice, Watermelon

    Tues: Chicken soft tacos, chips & guac
    Wed: Chicken cobb salad
    Thurs: Fried rice & sesame cucumber salad
    Fri: Grilled trout packets
    Sat: Out
    Sun: Seafood gumbo & oysters

    Mon: Shrimp & avocado tacos
    Tue & Wed: Business trip
    Thu: Fish sticks, mixed veggies
    Fri: Grilled garlic lemon chicken, salad
    Sat: Probably fish, corn on the cob, & tomato salad

    Homemade pizzas and salad
    Soft tacos and cowboy caviar with chips
    Bean and kale soup, kale chips and garlic bread
    Chicken kebabs, Ashley Mac’s pasta salad, okra
    Greek quesadillas, wild rice, and green beans
