Week 556 Weekly Menu from Cadry Nelson of Cadry’s Kitchen

Hello! It’s time for another weekly menu already? Where do the weeks go???

This week’s guest menu planner is Cadry Nelson. Cadry is the writer, photographer and recipe creator behind Cadry’s Kitchen, a vegan food & lifestyle blog. Cadry makes vegan eating approachable and incomplicated with her wonderful recipes and weekly videos. Plus, she is hilarious. Cadry is one of those people I really wish lived in my neighborhood so we could hang out all the time and just laugh and laugh. Anyway, I was really hoping Cadry would say yes when I asked her to pull together a weekly menu because I think it’s super cool to mix things up with some vegan recipes. Seriously, though, how delicious does her menu look?

    Tuesday: PW’s Chicken with Mustard Cream Sauce, Garlic Bread, and Green Beans
    Wednesday: Potato Soup and Rolls
    Thursday: Take Out Pizza
    Friday: Sausages and Potato Salad Over the Camp Fire
    Saturday: Yellow Chicken and Salad
    Sunday: Nachos, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo

    Tuesday: Chicken carnitas tacos
    Wednesday: Pumpkin muffins and roasted Brussels sprouts
    Thursday: Carnitas hash
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

    Sunday-turkey sandwiches on Italian roll
    Monday- salmon, rice and Brussels sprouts
    Tuesday- spaghetti and sausage
    Wednesday- slow cooker pot roast
    Thursday- chopped salad
    Friday- out
    Saturday- homemade pizza night!

    Tues – Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Tacos, Rice, Salad
    Wed – Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole, Peas
    Thurs – Italian Chicken, Pasta, Salad
    Fri – Chili Dogs, Carrots & Celery & Ranch
    Sat – Meatloaf, Baked Potatoes, Broccoli
    Sun – Burrito/Taco Bar

    Mon – steak tips over salad
    Tues – butternut squash soup (crockpot), salad, grilled cheese sandwiches
    Wed – spinach torellini w/ chicken sausage & vegs
    Thurs – pizza (pepperoni, spinach/red pepper)
    Fri – breakfast dinner
