Week 557 Weekly Menu from Robyn Stone of Add a Pinch

Happy Halloween Week!

I have another guest menu for you today, this time from Robyn Stone of the food blog Add A Pinch. I’ve known Robyn for years and love every chance I get to see her in person. She is the sweetest, but she is also an excellent food writer to boot! Robyn’s work has been featured in Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, Redbook, and online at the Huffington Post and Food Network. Robyn’s cookbook, Add a Pinch: Easier, Faster, Fresher Southern Classics, was published in 2017 and it is beyond lovely, filled with delicious and approachable recipes. Robyn lives in Georgia with her husband, Bart, their son, Sam, and their two golden retrievers, Ranger and Annabelle. I can’t wait to share Robyn’s menu with you today. Here you go!

    Thursday: Spiralized Mexican sweet potato casserole and nachos
    Friday – Saturday: Grandparents in town!!

    Great menu from Add A Pinch! I definitely am adding Shrimp Scampi to my menu next week.

    Sun: Nantucketers, sliced apples
    Mon: Roasted salmon with tomatoes, couscous, & tzatziki (Yellow Table)
    Tue: Autumn kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken (Yellow Table)
    Wed: Shrimp chowder, crusty bread (Sara Carey)
    Thu: Baked cod, mixed veggies
    Fri: English muffin pizzas, salad
    Sat: Chicken & Rice soup, crusty bread (TWFD)

    Sun – Roast chicken, warm quinoa salad w/squash and kale
    Mon – Swedish meatballs, rice, broccoli
    Tue – Blood soup w/monster eyeballs (tomato w/spinach tortellini) and grilled guts sandwiches (Monte Cristos)
    Wed – Leftovers
    Thu – Shrimp Fried Rice, Potstickers
    Fri – Pizza
    Sat – TBD

    Sunday – spaghetti with meat sauce
    Monday- fend ( out at a meeting)
    Tuesday – Halloween! Salmon, rice and broccoli early before the trick or treaters
    Wednesday- chopped salad with shrimp
    Thursday- bake at home pizzas then Candidate forum (election is Tuesday,)
    Friday- out at a friend’s house
    Saturday- hoagies and birthday cake for son!

    Tues: Pork and Cabbage Soup
    Wed: Out to eat
    Thurs: Asian Chicken Salad & dumpling soup
    Fri: Homemade pizza & salad
    Sat: Out
    Sun: Meat Stuffed Eggplant & Salad
