How is it Monday already? I need to get this meal planning show on the road for this week! Here goes…

Week 571 Weekly Dinner Menu from @thisweekfordinner

Chicken Tortilla Soup

– Chicken Stir Fry & Potstickers

– Salmon with Chimichurri Sauce, Brown Rice, Vegetable

– Leftovers

– Enchiladas (with corn tortillas)

– Eat out night

– Chicken Tikka Masala with Brown Rice and Vegetables
– Naan (for the kids)

    Friday-Saturday: Out of Town
    Sunday: PW’s Beefy Noodle Salad Bowls

    Mon — chicken Caesar salad
    Tues — slow cooker chicken chili
    Wed — pizza
    Thurs — chicken chili tacos
    Fri — breakfast dinner

    Monday- Salmon, brown rice risotto, asparagus and salad
    Tuesday- ground turkey chili
    Wednesday-snowstorm soup?
    Thursday- leftovers
    Friday- out
    Saturday- sausage with peppers and onion

    Tues: Sesame Shrimp Stirfry & Rice (finally making this)
    & sesame-cucumber salad
    Wed: Taco Salad
    Thurs: Ina’s Bean Soup & Salad
    Fri: Grilled Pork Tenderloin & veggies
    Sat: Husband cooks
    Sun: Out

    Sun: Beef short ribs (in the Instant Pot), mashed potatoes, kohlrabi gratin
    Mon: Blacks beans and ham hocks (in the Instant Pot) over rice with sweet and tangy kohlrabi greens
    Tues: leftovers
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: Tequila Lime Scallops over Angel Hair Pasta (except I’m going to substitute tequila with some ginger liqueur…hope it works)
    Fri: Eat out
    Sat: Fried Rice
