Week 572 Weekly Menu

I have a lot of carry-overs from last week because, well, life. Gotta love those weeks! (Note: the menu graphic below has the wrong meal for Easter…when I planned my menu I forgot Sunday is Easter! I have updated Sunday’s plans in the list below, with links to a few recipes.)

– Ordering pizza for a get together with a visiting friend

– Out to dinner with friends

    Saturday: Grilled Peanut Chicken and Broccoli
    Sunday: Happy Easter! Ham, Green Beans, Potatoes, Rolls, and Key Lime Cheesecake

    Saturday- grandkids sleepover! Pizza

    Mon — mushroom cheddar burgers, sweet potatoes, salad
    Tues — taco tuesday
    Wed — pizza
    Thurs — quiche Lorraine, salad
    Fri — BLTs, sweet potato fries

    Mon – Lasagna, Salad
    Tues – Eat out
    Wed – Enchiladas, Salad
    Thurs – Turkey Burgers, Oven Fries
    Fri – Grilled Honey Orange Chicken, Grilled Veggies
    Sat – Chili-Cheese Dogs, Fries, Fruit Salad
    Sun – Easter at my sisters

    Tues – homemade pizzas
    Wed – taco salads
    Thurs – chicken gyros, wild rice
    Fri – spaghetti and meatballs, salad
    I will shop again Saturday for the weekend, so my list stops there.

    T: Mixed baby green with grapes, gorgonzola, pecans, red onion & balsamic dressing (bringing to book share)

    F: Wine & clean out freezer of appetizers
    S: Mahi Mahi, coconut rice & mango salsa
    S: Spiral ham, Au gratin potatoes, green bean almondine & biscuits

    Sat: Eat on the fly while prepping for Easter brunch

    Fri: Grilled Pork Chops & Bacon and Onion Sauteed Chard
    Sat: Out
    Sun: Camping- Probably Campfire Chili or Grilled Steaks

    Talk about “life” getting in the way! Me too! So much work, Work travel, activities, and other stuff! Whew. Crazy spring. I’ve been planning, but not posting. I’m back now!

    Sunday: Breaded pan-fried chicken, Lemon parmesan spinach risotto with roasted asparagus
    Monday: Mac and cheese casserole (with cauliflower purée folded in…fooled everyone! 🙂 )
    Tuesday: Tacos (ground beef, sweet potato/black bean “ground beef,” avocado, red pepper, corn, lettuce)
    Wednesday: Lemon Tilapia foil packets with asparagus and spaghetti squash muffins
    Thursday: Taco bake (shredded chicken, peas, and corn)
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out

    Tues — refried bean flautas, cucumber nectarine salad
    Wed — pizza
    Thurs — blended burgers, fries
    Fri – breakfast dinner
