Week 573 Weekly Menu

Hello! Since yesterday was Easter and all, I am just now sitting down to plan my menu for the week. It’s an easy one, using up ham and taking day trips for my kids’ spring break!

Leftover rolls

– Omelettes with ham, tomato, avocado, mushroom, onion

– Day Trip to Disneyland!

– Day Trip to Joshua Tree!

– Eat out night

    Monday: Bean and Cheese Burritos and Avocado and Tomato
    Tuesday: Roast Chicken on Angel Hair Pasta and Broccoli
    Wednesday: Lemon Garlic Chicken and Asparagus
    Thursday: PW’s Lobster Mac N Cheese and Salad
    Friday: Grilled Peanut Chicken and Broccoli
    Saturday: Creamy Cauliflower Soup and Grilled Cheese
    Sunday: Slow Cooker Brats and Beer Cheese Dip and Pretzel Rolls and Fresh Fruit and Veggies

    Monday- salmon, broccoli and rice
    Tuesday- leftover ham sliders, Cole slaw and fries
    Wednesday- lamb biryani
    Thursday- leftovers
    Friday- out
    Saturday- bean soup

    • we ate at a wonderful italian restaurant last night and the appetizer we ordered was meatballs served over fresh ricotta – so good! so funny seeing it on your menu right after eating it!

    Fri – Slow Cooker Rotisserie style chicken, Stuffing, Broccoli
    Sat – Chicken Stroganoff, Egg noodles, Snow Peas, Salad
    Sun – Grilled Pork Chops, Au Gratin potatoes, Salad

    Sun – brocoli cheddar soup and baked potatoes
    Mon – fundraiser dinner at school
    Tues – sesame noodles and Asian slaw with Ramen noodles
    Wed – fried rice with broccoli and carrots or pick something up before church
    Thur – homemade pizzas
    Fri – eat out
