Week 588 Weekly Menu

Hey folks, I totally disappeared last week. Whoops! We were busy celebrating our cousin’s wedding and eating in a famous diner in Maine and driving to New Hampshire. It was a pretty awesome weekend. We’re now in New Jersey, I have quiet time and we’re going home this week, so it’s time to sit down and do some meal planning.

Weekly Dinner Menu for the week of August 12, 2017

– Smoked pork butt, compliments of my brother!
– Cole slaw, corn on the cob

Cora’s Mexican Ground Beef Tacos

– Travel Day

– Caprese Salad

– Hamburgers (I’ve started eating my hamburger on a bed of lettuce with all the fixings and I can’t believe how much I don’t miss the bun, so tasty!)
– Salad and watermelon

– Leftovers

– Pesto Chicken Pasta

    Mon: Grilled chicken, berry, goat cheese, and pecan salad
    Tue: Crab melts, baked fries
    Wed: Crockpot Hawaiian chicken tacos
    Thu: Baked fish and veggies
    Fri: Quiche & fruit
    Sat: Baseball game

    Saturday: Beanie Taco Meat for tacos, salsa and chips

    Sunday: Baked Garlic & Fontina Chicken Spaghetti, broccoli, salad and Banana Cream Pie

    Breakfast: Baked Eggs and Cheese, Waffles
