Week 589 Weekly Menu

It’s the last full week of summer for our little family. I can’t believe it! Thank you to those of you who shared your menus last week. They were incredibly helpful as I planned and I stole ideas from each of you for my menu this week!

Weekly Dinner Menu for week of 8/20/19: Salmon, Tortilla Casserole, Stir Fry, Chicken Tenders & Frittatas

– Salmon
– Rice & Side Vegetable

– Layered Tortilla Bake Casserole (first time trying this, thanks for the idea, So Hungry!)

– Stir Fry Chicken and Veggies with Rice

– Leftovers

– Chicken Tenders
– Side vegetable or salad

– Eat out night

– Breakfast for Dinner – Frittatas
– Roasted Potatoes

    Thursday: Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Biscuits, Triple Fudge Brownies

    Friday: Autumn Sausage Casserole, Breadsticks, Leftover Dessert

    Saturday: Chicken Patty Sandwiches, Tomato Soup, Banana Splits

    Friday: Doc’s Seafood gumbo, rice and salad

    Saturday: Salt Bowl (local high school rivals football game), Stadium food

    Sunday: Roast Beef, Baked Mac n Cheese w/ Potato Chip Topping, asparagus, and Blackberry Cobbler

    Breakfast: Baked French Toast and Walnut Raisin Loaf-Bread Machine
