Oh man, it’s almost Monday night. I need to make a menu and I need to go to the store. Here we go…
MONDAY:

– Naan Pizzas
WEDNESDAY:
– Cora’s Mexican Ground Beef Tacos
THURSDAY:
– Kebabs on the grill
– Salad
FRIDAY:
– Leftovers
SATURDAY:
– Eat out night (Halloween fun in our cute village)
SUNDAY:
– Breakfast for dinner, probably Vegetable Frittatas
Apparently I was a cooking slacker last week because I’m pretty much using the same menu, with a few tweaks. It’s one of those weeks I suppose!

Tuesday: Apple Turkey Loaf, corn, green beans, salad
Wednesday: Baked Penne with Chicken, asparagus, salad

Friday: eat out after the game
Saturday: Game Day Tailgate–Chili with Potato Dumplings and other stuff
Sunday: Roast Beef, Wild Rice w/ Mushrooms, carrots, salad and Chocolate Cake
Breakfast: Bacon and Mushroom Bread Pudding, Very Vanilla Muffins
Sun: Light salad….we had a big, wonderful birthday brunch
Mon: Turkey, roasted sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce
Tue: Bow tie pasta with garlic red sauce & shaved Parmesan, salad
Wed: Business travel (hubby eats leftovers)
Thu: Eggs, toast, & fruit
Fri: Grilled garlic chicken, roasted butternut squash & red onions
Sat: Tailgate couples wedding shower
Monday: Pasta with Bacon and Brussels Sprouts and Garlic Bread with Garlic Butter
Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Thighs with White Bean, Tomato and Olive Salad
Wednesday: Grilled Bacon and Cheese Pull-Apart Bread and Salad
Thursday: Prosciutto, Arugula, and Garlic Confit French Bread Sandwiches and Oven Fries
Friday: Turkey Cutlets with Dates and Almonds and Broccoli
Saturday: Thai Basil Beef with Coconut Rice from Jane 🙂
Sunday: Sleepytime Stew & Cream Cheese Smashed Potatoes from Chrissy Teigen
