Hello friends! I am buried in work, so getting just now getting my weekly menu pulled together. But here we are, done! Once again the blog forces me to get a little organized, which helps alleviate some of the work stress for sure.

– Roasted Salmon with Urban Plates Chimichurri
– Side vegetable dish of some kind

S- church Christmas dinner
Sun- Broccoli cheese chowder with rolls

Monday: Breakfast for dinner–French Toast with Honey Ricotta Topping (Chrissy Teigen) and fresh fruit
Tuesday: Birthday–Mexican take out and chocolate cake yay!
Wednesday: Spaghetti with Sausage Ragu and Broccoli
Thursday: Chili and Fritos with Fresh Veggies
Friday: Kids are making a colonial feast–clam chowder, Boston brown bread and Election Cake
Saturday: Homemade Pork and Beans and Salad
Sunday: Chrissy Teigen’s Shake ‘n’ Bake Chicken with Hot Honey Sauce and Avocado Carrot Salad
