Week 609 Weekly Menu

Time for the weekly menu! And I’m sharing a gluten-free Super Bowl menu with you for Sunday! (Yep, I’m officially allergic to wheat. Fun times!)

SUNDAY: Gluten-Free Super Bowl Menu
Southwestern Layered Bean Dip with Tortilla Chips
Gluten-Free Baked Buffalo Wings (use the recipe I linked to but use your favorite 1-for-1 GF flour)
– Classic onion dip (sour cream + Lipton onion soup mix) with Potato Chips
– Tossed Salad
Football-themed Casheweroos

    I love those Chex football bars!! I can’t wait to try them. I have some leftovers from last week.

    Monday: Cheesy Spicy Veggie Breakfast Hash with Fresh Vegetables
    Tuesday: Turkey Meatballs in Arrabiata with Brussels Sprouts Slaw
    Wednesday: Red Chicken Curry and Avocado Pear Salad
    Thursday: Spicy Korean Pork Tacos with Cabbage Slaw
    Friday: Chicken Gyro with Tahini and Scallion Sauce
    Saturday: My oldest turns 13! He wants Cheeseburgers, Tater Tots, Root Beer Floats and Milky Way Tart
    Sunday: Sweet Soy Glazed Pork Chops with Buttery Zucchini

    Sun: Black bean burgers- I keep making these because they are so easy and so good! The 1st time I made these I accidentally used soy sauce instead of Worcestershire….and it was good. So now I use a little of both whenever I make them.
    Mon: Seared scallops, mixed vegetables, salad
    Tue: Baked chicken, sweet potatoes, salad
    Wed: Stuffed shells, salad
    Thu: Baked halibut, roasted broccoli
    Fri: Kale pesto pizza
    Sat: Leftovers

    Sunday: Steak and cauliflower rice
    Monday: Baked mac and cheese casserole and broccoli
    Tuesday: Chicken noodle soup
    Wednesday: Yorkshire Pudding and cranberry sauce
    Thursday: Dry rub ribs in the slow cooker and green beans
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Daddy/Daughter Dance & Momma/Son Fun Night
