Week 610 Weekly Dinner Menu

Oh man, we had symphony tickets with the kids yesterday and the Super Bowl (yay, Patriots!) and I totally spaced on my menu. A day late but still getting it done!

Week 610 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - leftovers; Tuesday - chicken tikka masala; Wednesday black bean burgers; Thursday - Stuffed shells; Friday - leftovers; Saturday - eat out; Sunday - chicken soup with rice

    Can’t believe it is already February.
    Monday: Asian Chicken Fritters, salad, steamed carrots

    Tuesday: Baked Pork Chops, baked sweet potato, salad

      Wednesday: Beef Taco Salad

      Thursday: leftovers

      Friday: out to eat

      Saturday: Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie

      Sunday: Easy Beef Roast, roasted vegetables, fruit salad

      Breakfast: Buttermilk Pancakes, Cheddar Grits w/ Bacon

    Tonight we had roasted chicken thighs with bacon broccoli pasta
    T- pizza and salad
    W- Eggroll in a bowl with rice and cauliflower rice. Some of us don’t like cauliflower rice 🙂
    TH- Bacon cheeseburger soup
    F – Leftovers

    Sat: chicken tinga tacos (with homemade tortillas)

    Wednesday: Coconut Short Rib Curry and Citrus Chicory Salad
    Thursday: Chicken in Lemon Rosemary Garlic Sauce and Pasta and Broccoli
    Friday: Pepperoni Pizza Pasta and Green Beans
    Saturday: Quinoa Taco Salad
    Sunday: Pan Seared Fish with Herby Browned Butter, Peas, and Baguette
