Week 611 Weekly Menu

So, last week. I totally did not follow my menu at all. I did in fact cook but ended up making totally different stuff for some reason. So, I’m just cutting and pasting last week’s menu. Probably the easiest planning session I’ve ever had!

Week 610 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - leftovers; Tuesday - chicken tikka masala; Wednesday black bean burgers; Thursday - Stuffed shells; Friday - leftovers; Saturday - eat out; Sunday - chicken soup with rice

MONDAY:
– Leftovers

TUESDAY:
– Chicken Tikka Masala
– Rice and Salad

WEDNESDAY:
Black Bean Mushroom Burgers (thanks for the idea and link, Kim in PA!)

THURSDAY:
Stuffed Shells

FRIDAY:
– Leftovers

SATURDAY:
– Eat out

SUNDAY:
Chicken Soup with Rice

    Wednesday: Cacio E Pepe and Spinach with Beans, salad

    Thursday: out to eat–Happy Valentine’s Day

    Saturday: Chianti Braised Short Ribs over polenta, salad

    Sunday: Famous Dave’s Country Roast Chicken Breasts, oven roasted corn, broccoli, rolls

    Breakfast: Cheesy Baked Scrambled Eggs, Chocolate Chip Scones

    Tuesday: Pan Seared Fish with Herby Butter, Peas and Mashed Potatoes
    Wednesday: Oven Pizzas
    Thursday: Corn, Feta, Cherry Tomato Pasta with Sausage for some people
    Friday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Green Beans and Potatoes
    Saturday: Doing Valentine’s with my hubby, his favorites, Pork Nachos with Tomatillo Salsa, Mexican Street Corn and Ritz Cracker Chocolate Candies
    Sunday: Stove Top Pork Chops and Garlicky Broccoli
