Week 612 Weekly Menu

Happy Sunday!     Love the SD zoo! Been there a couple times! Never been to the safari though!

    Sat — spicy BBQ wings and cauliflower “wingz”, carrots/celery
    Sun — vegan pumpkin chili, chips
    Mon — spaghetti w/ veggie crumbles
    Tues — tacos
    Wed – pizza, salad
    Thurs — quickie quesadillas w/ quinoa
    Fri — BLTS, fries

    Mon: Ramen with veggies & egg
    Tue: Chicken tikka masala with rice
    Wed: Salmon, green beans, salad

    Sat: Tomato soup & grilled cheese sandwiches

    Friday – Saturday: Boys on their own; girls are at Dance Competition in OH!
