    Monday: Lettuce cups (sausage, rice, cheese, peppers, pickled onion)….fan favorite
    Tuesday: Breakfast for Dinner (sausage, egg, toast) and sautéed kale
    Wednesday: Vegetarian Chili
    Thursday: Lentil Rice Bowl w/Lime Tahini Dressing
    Friday: Leftovers

    Tuesday: Cannellini and Italian Sausage Stew, homemade bread

    Wednesday: Orange-Ginger Glazed Salmon, roasted brussels sprouts, salad

    Saturday: Margherita Pizza, salad

    Sunday: Lemon, Sage and Garlic Roast Chicken, broccoli, baked sweet potatoes, Buttermilk Pear Cobbler

    Breakfast: Bread Pudding Coffee Cake, Crock Pot Pears and Oatmeal

    Wednesday: Steak Tacos with Radish, Pickled Onions and Avocado
    Thursday: Pepperoni Pizza Pasta and Green Beans
    Friday: Cubanos and Salad
    Saturday: Appetizer Feast and Arugula with Prosciutto and Feta
    Sunday: Chorizo Mac and Cheese with Frizzled Broccoli

    Tuesday: Dinner out for Mardi Gras
    Wednesday: Pizza with sausage and mushrooms
    Thursday: Salmon with spinach and cranberry-mustard sauce
    Friday: Chili with toppings – yogurt, cheese, guacamole, and Tostitos
    Saturday: Dinner in city
