Week 629 Weekly Dinner Menu

Hey there. So, I totally spaced it last week with menu planning. Apparently I am in full on summer mode? Goodness. Here’s this week’s plan!

Week 629 Weekly Dinner Plan: Monday - Kebabs; Tuesday - Asian Chicken Salad; Wednesday - Lentil Rice Bowls; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Caprese Salad; Saturday - Out; Sunday - Grilled Salmon

– Kebabs on the Grill
– Rice Pilaf

Pat’s Asian Chicken Salad

– Lentil Rice Bowls with Lime Tahini Dressing

– Leftovers

– Caprese Salad
– Fresh fruit

– Work party (pizza for the kids)

Grilled Salmon
– Salad and roasted potatoes

    Monday: Seafood Sandwiches, chips, pickle spears

    Tuesday: Meatloaf Shepherd’s Pie, carrots, salad

    Wednesday: Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole, broccoli, salad

    Thursday: leftovers

    Friday: out to eat

    Saturday: grilled turkey burgers, veggie kabobs, watermelon

    Sunday: smoked brisket, baked beans, potato salad, lemon icebox pie

    Friday: Pork Chops with Romesco and Couscous Salad with Zucchini

    Saturday: Cuban Style Roast Pork with Mojo Sauce and Salad

    Sunday: Seared Shrimp Tacos with Avocado and Tomato Salsa

    I cook about 4 nights a week, my husband cooks the rest of the time or we go out.

    Taco salad
    Chicken and noodles, veggie
    One Pan Chicken Fajita Rice
    Brats, mac & cheese, broccoli

    Tuesday: Florida dinner (rice, black beans, kale, and cornbread) and corn on the cob
    Wednesday: Seafood-Chorizo Paella (Insprialized recipe, p.154)
    Thursday: Black bean chili (ATK Instant Pot recipe, p.51)
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Grad party!

    We are in Australia, so lots of Winter warmers right now.

    Monday – pesto pasta and salad and garlic bread
    Tuesday – Roast chicken, roast veggies,
    Wednesday – Baked saffron rice and fish and veggies
    Thursday – Homemade pizza and salad
    Friday – Risotto and salad
    Saturday – Salmon and green veggies
    Sunday – Baked pork loin, cauliflower bake, mashed potatoes, panfried green beans and pine nuts
