Hi Everyone! San Diego experiences some pretty serious May Gray and June Gloom every single year and this year was no exception. This weekend, heading into July, the sun has finally come out…right on cue! I hope you all have a happy, sunny 4th of July!

This week there will be no menu! We are eating up leftovers Monday & Tuesday and then leave for a week of dance competition. Wish me luck upcycling leftovers into something NEW! EXCITING!
