Week 633 Weekly Menu

Hello from Cape Cod! Since the whole family is together in one house, we are for sure going to be cooking some dinners this week, so here’s our (tentative) plan!

Week 633 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Taco Night; Tuesday - Grammy's Orange Chicken; Wednesday - Cookout Night; Thursday - Lobster; Friday - Lentil Rice Bowls; Saturday - Dinner on the Road; Sunday - Spaghetti Bolognese

– Taco Night

Grammy’s Orange Chicken with Rice
– Salad

– Cookout Night (for meat eaters and vegetarians, including Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with Goat Cheese and Balsamic Drizzle)

– Cape Cod Extravaganza Dinner! Lobster, corn on the cob and more!

Lentil Rice Bowls

– Dinner on the road…leaving the Cape (waaaah!)

Spaghetti Bolognese

    Tuesday: Cuban-style Roast Pork with Mojo Sauce and Black Beans and Rice

    Wednesday: Roast Chicken and Cauliflower Puree

    Thursday: Spanish Sizzling Shrimp with Crusty Bread and Salad

    Friday: Smoky Barbecue Chicken with Corn and Black Bean Salad and Cheesy Jalapeno Corn Bread

    Saturday: Chicken Saltimbocca and Broccoli

    Sunday: Baja Fish Tacos, Chunky Pea Guacamole and Homemade Chips

    Monday: Asian-Style Turkey Burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

    Tuesday: Baked Chicken Breasts Supreme, green beans, salad

    Wednesday: Barbecued Ribs, baked beans, potato salad

    Thursday: leftovers

    Friday: out to eat

    Saturday: Beefy Calzones, salad

    Sunday: Cajun Shrimp Boil, Peach Cobbler

    Mon: cedar plank grilled salmon; orzo pasta with grilled vegetables

    Tues: beef cheek barbacoa tacos: in the Instant Pot (yes, we’re back in the house again, and I get to use my gadgets!), homemade tortillas

    Wed: Fried rice

    Thurs: leftover tacos; peach ice cream sandwiches (yes, I get to use the ice cream machine again, too!)

    Fri: braised lamb shanks

    Sat: Shrimp chow mein

    Mon: Scallops, corn, salad
    Tue-Wed: Business Trip
    Thu: Shrimp paella, salad
    Fri: Pizza and salad (made with all local ingredients)
