Week 637 Weekly Menu

I have a few repeats from last week’s menu, and the second half of our week is filled with all kinds of fun things. Last week of summer here we go!

Week 637 Weekly Menu: Monday - Asian Chicken Salad; Tuesday - Indian Tacos; Wednesday - Salmon; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Eat Out; Saturday - Petco Park; Sunday - Picnic on the Beach

Pat’s Asian Chicken Salad

– Indian Tacos

– Lime & Honey Glazed Salmon
– Whatever produce looks good at the farmer’s market!

– Leftovers

– Eat out night (The Avett Brothers concert!)

– Dinner at Petco Park (Go Red Sox!)

– Picnic on the beach!

    Sun: Wegmans hoagies, peaches
    Mon: Roasted turkey, carrots, smashed potatoes
    Tue: Scallops, coleslaw, corn on the cob
    Wed: Rachel sandwiches, watermelon
    Thu: Parmesan cheese chicken breasts, mixed veggies
    Fri: Salad with blueberries, walnuts, goat cheese, & grilled chicken
    Sat: Homemade pizza, salad

    Monday: Potato Chip Crusted Chicken Breasts, broccoli, salad

    Tuesday: Kalua Pork Sliders with Mango Blueberry Salsa, salad

    Wednesday: Shrimp Fajitas, chips, salsa

    Thursday: left overs

    Friday: High School Football Scrimmage, out to eat–pizza 🙂

    Saturday: Grilled Salmon in Foil, grilled veggie kabobs, baked sweet potatoes

    Sunday: BBQ Chicken Salad, watermelon

    Monday: Pork Loin with black mole sauce (Instant Pot, p.110)
    Tuesday: Lettuce Wraps with Coconut-Lime Jicama Rice (Inspiralized recipe, p.112)
    Wednesday: Burgers on the grill and green beans
    Thursday: Homemade Ramen
    Friday: Leftovers
    Saturday: Out
