Week 640 Weekly Menu

It’s menu time! Last weekend I planned my menu, went to the store, and, despite a week filled with back to school nights, sports and more, I still cooked every night. Being prepared meant cooking was actually easier and faster than going out. I am so grateful for this blog to keep me planning each week because otherwise I totally would not be! As always, thank you for sharing menus every week. They are incredibly helpful!

Week 640 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Chicken Pasta Salad; Tuesday - Roasted Vegetable Scramble; Wednesday - Ground Turkey Tacos; Thursday - Braised Chicken; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Eat Out; Sunday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches

– Chicken Pasta Salad with an Asian Twist (I’m planning to do a separate post about gluten-free pastas, but I’ll do a quick plug for Tinkyada rice pasta here because it will be perfect for this recipe)

– Roasted Vegetable Scrambles

Cora’s Mexican Ground Beef Tacos (using ground turkey)

Stefania’s Braised Chicken
– Green Salad

– Leftovers

– Eat out night

Pulled Pork Sandwiches with coleslaw and watermelon

    Saturday: Tailgate w/ friends–bringing Red Velvet Cake

    Sunday: Championship Cheese Dip, chips, salad

    Monday – Round steak, ramen noodles, peas

    Tuesday – Salmon, buttered noodles, lima beans

    Wednesday – Use up leftovers

    Thursday – Tacos

    Friday – Meatloaf, scallop potatoes, carrots

    Saturday – Alfredo with shells, salad

    Tues – Chicken Ramen
    Wed – Sheet Pan Mini Meatloafs, Potatoes, and Green Beans
    Thurs – Crock Pot Chicken & Cornbread Stuffing, Green Beans
    Fri – Eat Out
    Sat – Crock Pot Honey Garlic Chicken, Rice
    Sun – Crock Pot Maple Dijon Drumsticks, Broccoli
