Week 641 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Pulled Pork Sandwiches; Tuesday - Eat out; Wednesday - Braised Chicken; Thursday - Loaded Nachos; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Grilled Salmon; Sunday - Fried Rice

Pulled Pork Sandwiches with coleslaw and watermelon

– Eat out night (it’s a bananas crazy day and night so I’m crying a preemptive “uncle”)

– Stefania’s Braised Chicken
– Green Salad

– Loaded Black Bean Nachos

– Leftovers

– Grilled Salmon (using this rub recipe)
– Rice and Salad

    Fri – Taco Casserole, Salad
    Sat – Eat Out
    Sun – Pasta Primavera, Garlic Rolls

    Friday: Taquitos, Beans and Fresh Salsa

    Saturday: Meat Pierogis and Coleslaw

    Sunday: Baked Pasta with Sausage Ragout and Green Salad

    Sunday: Baked Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, salad, Vanilla Almond Cupcakes

    Snack: Apple Pie Chex Mix
