Can I ask about the clay pots? Where do you get them, what else do you cook in them and how much are they?

    • Greg H.

      Hi Courtney,
We bought our Romertopf from Great News before it went out of business. They have it at Williams-Sonoma for $55.
Just remember to soak it for 20 minutes before use and put it into the oven when the oven is cold, and then turn on the oven.
      Happy Cooking!

    • Greg H.

Sorry, Courteny, I just saw the other part of your question:
We do roast chickens mostly. There is a lamb and potato recipe we found somewhere that my wife loves. I’ve done ribs and cornish game hens. It can be good for stews, too.
