Week 645 Weekly Menu

Our leftovers from the first three meals of last week really carried us throughout the week, so just a couple repeats from last week’s menu. Can’t believe it’s already time to plan another weekly menu!

Week 645 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Orange Chicken; Tuesday - Spaghetti & Meatballs; Wednesday - Caprese Paninis; Thursday - Enchiladas; Friday - Potluck; Saturday - Leftovers; Sunday - Omelettes

– Grammy’s Orange Chicken
– Rice and Salad

Spaghetti and Meatballs

– Caprese Paninis

– Enchiladas (type TBD)

– Homecoming Game – neighborhood potluck

– Leftovers

– Omelettes and Smoothies

    Monday: Herb Stuffed Tomatoes, Feta Dip and Pita Chips

    Tuesday: Grilled Cheese BLTS

    Wednesday: Lamb Kofta Curry, Rice and Peas

    Thursday: Baked Ziti with Spinach and Sausage

    Friday: Double Decker Burgers with Homemade Chips and Corn

    Saturday: Fried Chicken Sandwiches and Pickled Vegetable Salad

    Sunday: Chicken Quesadillas with Fresh Salsa and Guacamole

    Sun: braised flank steak with mushroom stuffing and shallot gravy; pasta with peas and mushrooms
    Mon: spaghetti dinner at high school music event
    Tues: beef tenderloin with potatoes and braised kale
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: Monte Cristo sandwiches, collard greens and bacon
    Fri: Monte Cristo sandwiches, Part 2
    Sat: slow-roasted beef ribs, cornbread, corn

    Sunday – leftovers from son’s engagement party!
    Monday – Salmon, roasted asparagus, rice and salad
    Tuesday – vegetable enchiladas
    Wednesday- French Onion soup and salad
    Thursday – leftovers
    Friday – out
    Saturday -burgers on the grill ( one more time before it gets too cold!)

    Wed – Chicken Marsala, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
    Thurs – Chicken Tetrazzini, Salad

    Sun- Drumsticks, New Potatoes, Green Beans

    Saturday: Tailgate, Maple Chipotle Beef Sliders

    Sunday: Muffaletta, salad, Fall Harvest Cake

      Hi Courtney. Do you use fresh, frozen, or canned lobster for your lobster rolls? I would like to make lobster rolls but not sure if frozen/canned lobster will work.

    Sun: Grammy’s Orange Chicken, rice, & green beans (we just had this, but my husband requested it be on the menu again).
    Mon & Tue: Business Travel
    Wed: Baked cod with a few shrimp on top, mixed veggies
    Thu: Chicken Parmesan, pasta, salad
    Fri: Carrot chowder, grainy bread
    Sat: Out after playing a round of haunted mini golf

    @Kim I use fresh Lobster or my local store has whole frozen ones that thaw great! $7.99 for a whole lobster wowza!
