Week 654 Weekly Menu

We have two birthdays this week in our family, which means getting up early to make pancakes and eating out a couple of nights. It’s going to be a fun week!

Week 654 Weekly Menu: Monday - In N Out: Tuesday - Eat out; Wednesday - Grilled Salmon; Thursday - Chili; Friday - Honey Goat Cheese Pizza; Saturday - Leftovers; Sunday - Grill Night with Salad

MONDAY:
– In N Out (birthday dinner request from one of the birthday kids)

TUESDAY:
– Restaurant of choice (TBD) for the other birthday kid!

WEDNESDAY:
– Grilled Salmon (using the rub recipe from Zesty Salmon Tacos)
– Salad and rice

THURSDAY:
Chili

FRIDAY:
Honey Goat Cheese & Caramelized Onion Pizza

SATURDAY:
– Leftovers

SUNDAY:
– Grill night
– Salad (Cruciferous Crunch from Trader Joe’s with goat cheese, dried cranberries and Girard’s Light Champagne Dressing)

    Monday: Ricotta Gnocchi with Tomatoes and Arugula

    Tuesday: Red Mole Chicken with Chorizo, Mexican Rice and Corn

    Wednesday: Seared Steak with Roasted Tomatillo Salsa, Black Beans and Salad

    Thursday: Porchetta, Sour Cream Parsnip Mashed Potatoes, Blood Orange Salad

    Friday: Easy Beef Sliders and Fresh Vegetables

    Saturday: Butternut Squash and White Bean Gratin with Brussels Sprouts Slaw

    Sunday: Carne Asada Tacos, Cabbage Slaw and Guacamole with Pickled Vegetables

    Sunday – Christmas cookie baking day! So, an easy dinner- Cauliflower soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
    Monday- Husband away all week – having a friend over for ravioli with Bolognese sauce
    Tuesday- chipping away at all the leftovers
    Wednesday – another night of leftovers
    Thursday – taking exchange teacher out for dinner!
    Friday – out for sushi with husband (yay! He is Home!)
    Saturday- tbd
