Week 656 Weekly Menu

Happy holidays! I hope you are all having as nice of a week with your favorite people as I am. Let’s get to this week’s menu, shall we?

Week 656 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Nigiri; Tuesday - New Year's Eve Snacks; Wednesday - Chili; Thursday - Carne Asada Salad; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Eat out; Sunday - Grill Night with Salad

MONDAY:
– Nigiri Night (we have bluefin and yellowtail a friend gave us, going to sear it up and serve with sushi rice…the kids love it!)

TUESDAY:
– New Year’s Eve Snacky Feast (Salad, chicken tenders, etc.)

WEDNESDAY:
– Chili and Cornbread

THURSDAY:
– Carne Asada Salad

FRIDAY:
– Leftovers

SATURDAY:
– Eat out night

SUNDAY:
– Grill night with salad

    Sun: Baked ham with brown sugar/honey glaze, roasted head of cauliflower (on the grill), collard greens, rice

    Mon: “Longevity noodles” with leftover roast duck, Chinese chives and shiitake mushrooms

    Tues: eat out

    Wed: Paella

    Thurs: leftovers

    Fri: leftovers

    Sat: chicharron guisado tacos

    Sun: Hoagies while we watch Eagles/Giants game
    Mon: Sausage, beans, and greens soup
    Tue: King crab legs, baked spuds, coleslaw
    Wed: Leftovers
    Thu: Kale salad with grilled chicken
    Fri: Baked cod, peas & carrots
    Sat: Shrimp scampi with angel hair pasta, salad

    Mon: rotisserie chicken alfredo with mushrooms, steamed broccoli,
    Tues: pressure cooker steamed salmon, baked potato ( for hubby) baked sweet potato for me
    Wed: Southern New Year’s tradition- black eyed peas w/ ham, white rice,
    turnip greens ( for hubby), deviled eggs
    Thu: leftovers
    Fri: rotisserie chicken salad- chunky chicken pieces over a bed of spring greens, with strawberries, mandarin oranges, apple chunks, toasted pecans and blue cheese crumbles
    Sat: eat out

    Swiss Chicken casserole, broccoli
    Cheesy baked chicken & Rice casserole
    Hubby cooks:
    hamburger sliders, fries
    ribeyes, baked potatoes, shrimp cocktail, black-eyed peas (NYE)

    Saturday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw and Baked Beans

    Sunday: Chicken Gyros with Tzaziki and Cucumber Salad
