Week 658 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Orange chicken; Tuesday - Baked Potatoes; Wednesday - Island Pork Loin; Thursday - Indian Butter Chicken; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Eat out; Sunday - Grill Night

MONDAY:
Grammy’s Orange Chicken
– Rice and salad

TUESDAY:
– Baked Potato Bar

WEDNESDAY:
Island Pork with Coconut Rice
– Salad

THURSDAY:
Indian Butter Chicken
– Rice and Roasted Vegetables

FRIDAY:
– Leftovers

SATURDAY:
– Eat out night

SUNDAY:
– Grill Night with Salad

    Sun — vegan Mac & cheese, broccoli, sweet potatoes
    Mon — super salad, chicken tenders
    Tues — vegan crab cakes over salad
    Wed — orange tofu over rice
    Thurs — veg burgers, slaw, fries
    Fri — pizza

    Mon: Turkey pot pie
    Tues: Stir-fry of Chinese sausage, snap peas and mushrooms
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: grilled yellowtail and grilled asparagus
    Sat: eat out

    Tuesday – fend for husband- dinner with friends for me
    Wednesday – mushroom rage with polenta and salad
    Thursday- leftovers
    Friday- out
    Saturday- soup and sandwiches

    Friday: French Onion Burgers and Corn

    Saturday: Mojo Pork Tacos with Fresh Salsa

    Sunday: Clam Chowder and Biscuits

    Fri: Tacos
    Sat: Seared scallops, corn, baked potatoes

    I purchase made to order meals from a local chef and buy from Schwans. This week is easy peasy.

    • Monday – Steak bowl
    • Tuesday – General Tso’s chicken with veggie fried rice
    • Wednesday – Schwans pizza
    • Thursday – At a conference until Saturday afternoon
    • Saturday -Eat out
    • Sunday – Eat out (I really hate to cook)
