Week 660 Weekly Menu

Time to plan this week’s menu! I have a few carry-overs from last week’s menu, but I did actually cook, so don’t know why! I am traveling this week a few times, so the menu may have to be flexible. Wish me luck! 

Week 660 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Salmon; Tuesday - Sausage Hoagies; Wednesday - Tacos; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - English Muffin Pizzas; Saturday - Eat out; Sunday - Super Bowl Snacks

– Salmon (roasted in oven, using the rub from this recipe)
– Rice and salad

– Italian Sausage Hoagies

– Pollo Adobado Tacos (masa and meat from El Nopalito Market) on Fresh Masa Tortillas

– Leftovers

– English Muffin Pizzas

– Eat out

– Super Bowl Feast! Food mostly TBD but for sure I have to make Sweet Chex Mix or I will have a family mutiny on my hands

    Mon: Out for Tacos, Margaritas, & Trivia Night
    Tue: Grilled garlic lemon chicken, peas & carrots
    Wed: Italian egg bakes, toast
    Thu: Tomato basil soup, grainy bread
    Fri: Leftovers
    Sat: Out for Winter Restaurant Week

    Week of 1/26 to 2/1

    Sunday: Brown sugar pork chops, mashed potatoes, apples/onions, and spinach
    Monday: Cheese and chile bean burritos
    Tuesday: Spaghetti and meat sauce
    Wednesday: Grilled cheese and fries
    Thursday: Salmon and couscous and broccoli
    Friday: Out to dinner
    Saturday: Chicken pot pie

    Sun: homemade ravioli stuffed with sausage and spinach with creamy red sauce
    Mon: Ming Tsai’s Chinese sausage buns, sautéed Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce
    Tues: school fundraiser
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: Grilled tuna, mac & cheese, sautéed chard
    Sat: Grilled lamb chops, warm potato salad with “mayogrette”

    Sunday- end of leftovers from last week!
    Monday – salmon, Brussels sprouts, rice and salad ( I see you Jane! )
    Tuesday- grandkids over for dinner! Ham steak, broccoli and perogies
    Wednesday- longevity noodles to celebrate Chinese New Year!
    Thursday – leftovers
    Friday – out!
    Saturday – leftover leftovers

    We went full south Indian this week (because it was my younger son’s birthday) and focused on healthy recipes.

    Sun-dosa with homemade sambar
    Mon-idli from leftover broth and coconut chutney
    Tue-appam made out of the broth with a mixture of onions and Indian spices
    Wed-went out for a full-on south meal (with 24 dishes)
    Thur-Rice with drumstick curry and cabbage
    Fri-Indian rotis with leftover curry and vegan sauce (I had made last month)
    Sat-went out
