Week 667 Weekly Menu

We ended up doing takeout a few nights last week to support local restaurants. Praying they can all hang on through these locked down times. Here we go with another week with everyone home!

Week 667 Weekly Dinner Menu: Monday - Spaghetti & Meatballs; Tuesday - Salmon; Wednesday - Chicken Tortilla Soup; Thursday - Chicken Pot Pie; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Take out (support local restaurants!); Sunday - Grill Night & Salad

MONDAY:
– Spaghetti and Meatballs

TUESDAY:
– Zesty Salmon
– Roasted Potatoes and Side Veg

WEDNESDAY:
Chicken Tortilla Soup

THURSDAY:
Chicken Pot Pie

FRIDAY:
– Leftovers

SATURDAY:
– Take out (support local restaurants!)

SUNDAY:
– Grill Night
– Salad

    Chicken Pot Pie
    Meat Loaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
    Chicken Bacon Orzo Soup, homemade bread
    Breakfast (waffles, bacon, eggs, fruit)
    Tilapia, lentils, broccoli
    Chicken and Spinach Quesadillas (in the oven)
    Probably take-out from a local business

    Hope all are healthy at home and found all the groceries you need.

    Sun: Frittata, baked French fries
    Mon: Seared scallops, Santa Fe veggies
    Tue: Grammys Orange Chicken, brown rice, salad
    Wed: Shrimp, bow tie pasta, & peas with Parmesan sauce, salad
    Thu: Surprise meatballs, garlic bread, salad
    Fri: Baked Chicken, yams
    Sat: Pizza, salad

    Mon: (reprised by popular demand) home-cured salmon with cream cheese and flatbreads; tossed green salad
    Tues: Chinese fried turnip cake; braised Chinese broccoli

    Thurs: Pad Thai
    Fri: Carnitas
    Sat: leftovers

    Friday: Drive-thru Burgers with Fresh Veggies

    Saturday: Chicken Scallopine and Salad

    Sunday: Chicken Curry with Rice Pilaf and Peas

    Saturday: Sloppy Joes, potato planks, green beans, tossed salad
    Sunday: Kielbasa, cabbage and fried potatoes
