Saturday: Son’s 12th Birthday–Waffles for Breakfast, Indian Take-out lunch, Sausage White Pizza Dinner and Jam Donuts for his birtday dessert 🙂
Sunday: Ham, Rosted Potatoes, Salad and Rolls

Oh my gosh! Thanks for the good wishes for the wedding! It wasn’t what was planned but beautiful none the less! We were altogether with zoom on Friday night for the rehearsal dinner then all got dressed up in our wedding finery for the ceremony on Saturday afternoon! Not a dry eye on the internet! We all went to our breakout rooms/tables and the bride and groom visited each!
Looking forward to celebrating in person when this is all over! Note- I have another son who is to marry in June – say prayers send up good thoughts that we will all get to be together then!
Sunday- burgers on the grill
Monday – our usual- salmon, rice and roasted Brussels sprouts
Tuesday- leftovers from the rehearsal dinner – homemade pasta and sauce with garlic bread
Wednesday- chicken korma with rice and naan
Thursday – beef stew
Friday – pizza (from the freezer)
Saturday- leftovers
Sunday – lamb roast, scalloped potatoes and broccoli

What a year for your family….two weddings and then COVID-19? Will cross fingers like crazy for June!
Congratulations on your son’s wedding Nancy!! Got a new kitchen gadget which has been fun to play with. Did turkey meatloaf last night and it carmelized the bbq/ketchup sauce that was on top- just using the bake function at 325 for 50 mins. Amazing.

Th- turkey spinach meatloaf in the new cuisineart air fryer toaster TOA-65 with baked potatoes
Fr- pizza with spinach and Monterrey jack cheese
Sat- chicken nuggets
Sun- beans and cheese or order out!
