Week 676 Weekly Menu

I’m a little late with my meal planning today because I’ve been busy finishing up a fun art project…an international tour done with chalk on our sidewalk (it’s actually pretty cool)! Week 676 Weekly Menu: Monday - Memorial Day Cookout; Tuesday - Chicken Piccata; Wednesday - Korean BBQ Beef Bowls; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Chicken Caesar Wraps; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Enchiladas

    Sun: grilled beef ribs, corn on the cob, buttermilk biscuits

    Mon: beet and ricotta ravioli with poppy seed sauce (Lidia Bastianich’s recipe), Pork chops with onions and mustard (Stanley Tucci recipe)

    Tues: grilled sea bass, tossed green salad, pasta with grilled cherry tomatoes

    Wed: leftovers

    Thurs: house-cured salmon with flatbreads, zucchini pancakes

    Fri: fried tofu with snap peas stir-fry

    Sat: leftovers

    BBQ bean sliders on homemade hamburger buns

    Leftover burrito bowls

    Baked potatoes with toppings

    Some version of chicken and rice from the Instant Pot

    Fri – Chicken Parmesan, Salad
    Sat – Grilled Chicken, Potato & Artichoke Casserole, Salad
    Sun – Chicken Stroganoff, Parmesan Asparagus

    Mon: Burgers and hot dogs
    Tue: Baked chicken, baked potatoes, peas
    Wed: Black bean, sweet potato, & goat cheese empanadas, salad
    Thu: Avocado toast, sliced cucumbers
    Fri: Tuna melts, strawberries
    Sat: Grilled salmon, corn on the cob, salad

    Sunday- our son got married! This is the second zoom wedding our family has had since this pandemic has kept us all a part! We all joined in on the zoom wedding then we had a lovely take out meal to celebrate- a lobster bake! On Saturday night we all zoomed for the rehearsal dinner too!
    Monday- grilled country style ribs, macaroni salad and baked beans
    Tuesday- salmon, rice, roasted broccoli
    Wednesday – leftover ribs and macaroni salad
    Thursday- turkey tenderloin, mashed potatoes and yellow beans
    Friday – charcuterie while looking at travel photos from years past
    Saturday – ordering take out – hoagies
