Week 680 Weekly Menu

I’m late! Sorry! Father’s Day was fun and Monday was, well, Monday. Here we go! I’m not even going to bother with the graphic because, well, my menu is sort of not that inspiring this week. 😉

    Sun: take out for Father’s Day dinner
    Mon: carmelized onion and spinach meat loaf in the clay pot with rosemary potatoes; sautéed calabacitas with lime and cheese
    Tues: leftover asparagus and shrimp crepes made for Father’s Day brunch
    Wed: mu shu pork
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: Shrimp Clemenceau over hash browned potatoes
    Sat: grilled halibut (shipment arrived this week from Alaska)

    Tuesday: Take Out Pizza

    Wednesday: Chorizo Breakfast Burritos with Fresh Fruit

    Thursday: Turkey Meatballs in Arrabiata Sauce and Roasted Asparagus

    Friday: Butter Burgers and Chips and Salad

    Saturday: Tater Tot Nachos with Beer Queso and Flank Steak

    Sunday: Bowtie Chicken Pasta and Green Beans

  3. I’m so thankful for this community that normalizes leftovers, takeout, and meal plans that don’t work out or get postponed! I’m late to the party, too, but here’s our week:

    Sunday: Leftover pizza
    Monday: Cheesy enchilada rice
    Tuesday: Sweet potato and black bean enchiladas
    Wednesday: Leftover pasta
    Thursday: Leftover cheesy enchilada rice
    Friday: Whatever’s still leftover!
    Saturday: Chicken tenders, steak fries, pepperoni chips, and cheese dip
