Week 683 Weekly Menu

Time for another menu? Really? Okay, here we go! I have carry-overs from last week because, well, I was lazy last week. 😉

Week 683 Weekly Menu: Monday - Sweet Potato & Black Bean Rice Bowls; Tuesday - Salmon; Wednesday - Fried Rice; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Caprese Paninis; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Honey Goat Cheese Pizza

    Thanks for your honesty about menu planning and cooking. It makes me feel less alone.

    Cook once, eat twice is working for us right now, so I’m not going to knock it. I’m also learning that it’s best to leave a few days open for leftovers/unknown. Thanks to this community for help with that insight.

    Sunday: Mexican quinoa
    Monday: Spinach and black bean enchiladas
    Tuesday: Mexican quinoa
    Wednesday: Spinach and black bean enchiladas
    Thursday: Leftovers or TBD
    Friday: TBD
    Saturday: Pizza

    I have a couple of carry-overs from last week too………

    Sun: Shrimp, black bean, and corn enchiladas
    Mon: Big salad with grilled chicken, honey goat cheese, figs, walnuts, & pumpkin seeds
    Tue: Baked chicken, boiled new potatoes, corn on the cob
    Wed: Fried rice
    Thu: Big Salad with grilled shrimp, goat cheese, blueberries, cherries, & pecans
    Fri: Lobster roll, fries, coleslaw, cold beer
    Sat: Lasagna (from freezer), salad

    Sun: Air-fried battered halibut and air-fried french fries and fried pickles
    Mon: Chicken and tofu noodle soup
    Tues: Air-fried chicken wings and air fried okra
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: eat out to support local restaurants
    Fri: leftovers
    Sat: Grilled salmon, inari sushi, carrot-ginger puree

    Sunday- Burgers on the grill and Cole slaw
    Monday – leftovers – clean out the fridge
    Tuesday-=salmon with cucumber salad
    Wednesday- burritos and nachos
    Thursday- TBD (grandson’s birthday!)
    Friday – take out
    Saturday – TBD

    Monday: Roasted Cauliflower and Potato Burrito with Black Bean Corn Salad and Special Sauce

    Tuesday: Lasagna and Boston Lettuce Salad

    Wednesday: Curried Tomato Coconut Lentils with Rice Pilaf and Peas

    Thursday: Bacon Burger Mac and Cheese and Corn

    Friday: Fried Onion Burgers and Fresh Fruit and Veggies and Watermelon Agua Fresca

    Saturday: Tacos and Margaritas (Virgin for the kids :))

    Sunday: Green Chili Queso and Beans and Rice

    Tues – Thai green curry chicken and rice
    Weds – kielbasa, cabbage, and potatoes
    Thurs – chicken Bryan w/ homemade pesto, egg noodles, cucumber salad
    Fri – takeout
    Sat – drip beef sandwiches, coleslaw, fruit
    Sun – grilled salmon & veggie skewers

    This is always my FIRST STOP when meal planning and I’m sorry I don’t post my plan more often.
    Homemade hamburger helper and green beans
    Chicken kebabs and strawberry/spinach salad
    Chicken fried rice
    Pork carnitas
    Greek chicken gyros with cucumber/tomato salad
    Vegetable beef soup
    Spaghetti with meatballs with green salad
