Week 684 Weekly Menu: Monday - Fried Rice; Tuesday - Thai Green Curry; Wednesday - Homemade Hamburgers; Thursday - Carnitas; Friday - Leftovers; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Turkey Boursin Baguettes

    Tuesday: Cowboy caviar and cilantro lime rice
    Wednesday: Baked potatoes
    Thursday: Cowboy caviar
    Friday: Cilantro lime chicken
    Saturday: Black bean soup

    I just bought a box of seafood & chicken. Our freezer is stocked! And, as an extra bonus, my quarterly wine club delivery is coming this week too. Serendipity!

    Sun: Cook out at my parent’s house to celebrate a birthday
    Mon: Salmon with fresh dill, corn on the cob
    Tue: Chicken fajitas
    Wed: Black bean burgers, rainbow carrot sticks
    Thu: Honey garlic shrimp, brown rice, green beans
    Fri: Ricotta, swiss chard, & lemon pizza on whole wheat crust
    Sat: Baked cod, veggies, salad

    Sunday – take out! (Supporting locL restaurants!)
    Monday- bake at home pizza
    Tuesday- Salmon, rice and veggies
    Wednesday- leftover pizza
    Thursday- shrimp with leftover rice
    Friday – ordering out!
    Saturday – TBD – daughter-in law’s birthday!

    Sun: Geechee okra and beef stew over rice; homemade orange pineapple ice cream
    Mon: Scaccia ragusana (a favorite recipe from Saveur magazine)
    Tues: Chicken bog over rice
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: Simple tomato and basil sauce over gnocchi (San Marzano tomatoes from the garden!)
    Sat: Shrimp and grits or low-country shrimp boil

    Saturday: Sliders with Cookout Salads

    Sunday: Steak Tacos with Radish and Pickled Onions
