Week 687 Weekly Menu

Hey Guys! We took an impromptu weekend road trip, so I will create my menu tomorrow. But thought I’d at least put this post up in the meantime for those of you with your menus ready to go! Share in the comments below…and I’ll see you tomorrow!

    Mon: Homemade pizza, salad
    Tue: Salmon, fresh veggies from the garden
    Wed: Chicken frito pie
    Thu: Leftovers
    Fri: Black bean burgers, chips
    Sat: Chicken fried rice

    Sun- black bean soup, chx parmesan tenders (TWFD recipe)
    M- black bean soup- lunch, Alfredo zucchini
    T- cowboy caviar or baked sweet potatoes
    W- sushi night- take out
    Th- pizza and salad
    Fr- lentils

    Monday: Breakfast for Dinner–Potato Hash and Fresh Fruit

    Tuesday: Carne Molida Tacos with Chayote Slaw

    Wednesday: Chicken Pot Pie and Green Beans

    Thursday: Meatloaf with Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Honey Butter Corn

    Friday: Chicken Fried Steak and Broccoli

    Saturday: Pasta with Red Sauce and Salad

    Sunday: Chili Dogs and Fries and Fresh Fruit

    Sun: carne asada tacos with homemade tortillas and guacamole, Red Truck Bakery caramel and pecan cake (I think this is the first recipe we’ve made that uses more than a pound of butter)
    Mon: homemade cured salmon (the last big fillet in the freezer), flatbread, cream cheese, roasted asparagus
    Tues: leftovers
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: Vietnamese takeout
    Fri: Egg foo yung
    Sat: leftovers

    Tues – Taco Tuesday
    Wed – Sloppy Joes, Salad, French Fries
    Thurs – Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Veggie
    Fri – French Dip Sandwiches
    Sat – Take Out
    Sun – Crock Pot Pot Roast & Potatoes & Carrots
