Week 690 Weekly Menu

I followed the menu last week and it was awesome. Planning and shopping ahead makes such a difference! Okay, on to this week…

Week 690 Weekly Dinner Plan: Monday - Chopped Salad; Tuesday - Grilled Salmon; Wednesday - Chicken Wraps; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Naan Pizzas; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Grill Night

    Back to school this week! I use everyone’s menus allllll the time for inspiration!

    Sunday: Asian salmon and green beans
    Monday: Twice-baked potato and roasted Brussels sprouts
    Tuesday: Chana masala with rice and roasted cauliflower
    Wednesday: Lettuce cups and roasted sweet potatoes
    Thursday: Hot dogs
    Friday – Saturday: Takeout….Grandma’s here!!

    Sun: Chicken noodle casserole, salad
    Mon: Thai butternut squash red curry, rice
    Tue: Baked chicken, carrots, salad
    Wed: Salmon fried rice
    Thu: Hoagies, chips
    Fri: Leftovers
    Sat: Flounder, French fries, coleslaw, cold beer

    Sun: Sausage, tomato and onion pizza (or calzone…haven’t decided yet), sautéed chard
    Mon: Beef stroganoff
    Tues: Pan-roasted halibut with charred tomatoes, lemons and herbs
    Wed: takeout
    Thurs: Golden fried rice with salmon (this month’s Bon Appetit cover recipe)
    Fri: Korean ribs and japchae
    Sat: leftovers

    Mon – Angel Hair w/Zucchini & Tomatoes; Salad
    Tues – Smothered Sweet Pork Burritos, Cilantro Lime Rice
    Wed – BLAT’s; chips, Watermelon
    Thurs – Steak Salad
    Fri -Take Out
    Sat – Grilled BBQ Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Salad
    Sun – Chicken Taquitos

    I feel dessert-focused this week. Back to school for us too, virtual.

    Sat- egg salad night with sundried tomatoes and light mayo (this did not taste good)
    Sun- TWFD ziti bake using macaroni for ziti (this turned out great)
    Mon- leftovers and salad. Dessert: cheesecake slices from Walmart bakery
    Tues- chicken nuggets, fries in air fryer, creamed corn. Dessert: Nestle Disney Frozen sugar cookies (dough -just put on cookie sheet and bake)
    Wed- lunch: lentils with spaghetti sauce dinner: pizza using some of the spaghetti sauce Dessert: chocolate ice cream
    Th- eggs for dinner or bean burritos
    Fr- chicken salad with cranberries or garden rotini pasta with chicken dessert: Granny Smith apples

    Monday: Kale Pita Wraps and Buffalo Cauliflower

    Tuesday: Curry Meatballs with Rice and Peas

    Wednesday: Homemade Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dip and Fresh Veggies and Chili Cheese Fries

    Thursday: Grilled Chicken Fajitas, Beans and Rice and Fresh Salsa and Veggies

    Friday: Fettuccine Carbonara with Peas

    Saturday: Fish Tacos with Lime Crema, Pickled Onions, and Coleslaw

    Sunday: Chili Dogs and Corn

    Mon – Husband cooked – Wild Mushroom Crepes & Salad with Ranch

    Tues – Sesame-Ginger Chicken Stir Fry & Rice (Cauli Rice for me)

    Wed – Muffuletta Salad

    Thurs – Take Out or Husband Cooks

    Fri – Dinner with friends

    Sat – Grilled Fish with Beurre Blanc, Grilled Corn, and another side??

    Sun – Chimichurri Grilled Chicken & Grilled Panzanella Salad
