Hi everyone! Let’s get down to business!

Week 695 Weekly Dinner Menus: Monday - Hot dogs & brats; Tuesday - Carne Asada Salad; Wednesday - Pollo Guisado; Thursday - Leftovers; Friday - Rachel Sandwiches; Saturday - Local Takeout; Sunday - Grill Night

  • Takeout Night

SUNDAY:

  • Grill Night (whatever looks good at the butcher!)

    Sunday- leftover Mexican take out
    Monday- broccoli cheese soup and pizza
    Tuesday – spaghetti
    Wednesday- chicken parm and leftover spaghetti
    Thursday- pork tenderloin, potatoes and Brussels sprouts
    Friday take out
    Saturday- leftovers

    Sun: leftover tomato beef chow mein
    Mon: Patty melt burgers (Bristol Farms has their amazing prime beef patties on sale again!)
    Tues: Grilled pork ribs, grilled green beans with orange and sesame
    Wed: Going to have to try your Pollo Guisado
    Thurs: leftover ribs, corn on the cob
    Fri: leftover pollo
    Sat: Shrimp and grits

    Last week was a stressful week, but at least I had a menu ;). Hoping for a smooooooth week this week.

    Sunday: Steaks, sweet potato fries and roasted cauliflower
    Monday: Pork chops and green beans
    Tuesday: Loaded nachos
    Wednesday: Baked sweet potatoes (with blue cheese by BBQ sauce…weird I know, but delicious) and roasted Brussels sprouts
    Thursday: Orange chicken (Panda Express copycat) with rice and broccoli
    Friday: Pizza night!
    Saturday: Takeout!

    S: Italian Stuffed Collard Green Rolls & Salad – (Kinda like cabbage rolls but with collard greens and Italian flair instead 😉

    F- baked chicken tender breasts, basted with fast food bbq packets (you know those ones you keep around and never use)
    Sat- baked sweet potatoes with butter, cheese and bacon bits,
    Sun- split pea soup with bacon bits, twice baked potatoes
    M- leftovers
    T- hamburgers
    W- eggs with bacon bits
    W- pillsbury pizza on a baking pan + pepperoni
    Th- lentils in spaghetti sauce

    Wed: Roasted Butternut Squash, Beet and walnut salad
    Thurs: Pita Pizzas
    Fri: baked salmon, rice, asparagus
    Sat: Oaxaca bowl (food by Maria.com)
    Sun: Bowties with roasted broccoli

    Tue: Pan seared salmon, green beans
    Wed: Big salad with grilled rosemary chicken, apples, walnuts, bleu cheese crumbles, & dried cranberries
    Thu: Crab cakes, baked fries, coleslaw
    Fri: Tuna steaks, mashed potatoes, peas
    Sat: Lemon chicken scallopini, broccoli

    Monday: Jambalaya and Corn on the Cob

    Tuesday: Fried Chicken Sandwiches with Pickled Vegetable Salad

    Wednesday: Chili Cheese Fries and Roasted Broccoli

    Thursday: Roast Chicken and Cabbage and Cripsy Potatoes

    Friday: Chicken Satay, Coconut Rice and Roasted Asparagus

    Saturday: Feta Corn Pasta

    Sunday: Tater Tot Casserole and BBQ Cauliflower
