Week 697 Weekly Menu

Well. Our family is figuring out how to dinner now that I am out of commission. I had hand surgery earlier this week and began physical therapy, which will be very intense. I highly recommend not severing any tendons in your hand if you can at all help it.

I don’t have access at this moment to my artwork files, which I can update tomorrow. But here is what dinner is looking like this week with Nate and the kids in charge after a visit to Costco.

MONDAY:

  • Salmon with lemon-basil butter (Costco!)

TUESDAY:

  • Grilled Tri-Tip with salad

WEDNESDAY:

  • Chicken Tikka Masala 

THURSDAY:

  • Stuffed Roast Turkey 

FRIDAY:

  • Leftovers

SATURDAY:

  • Takeout night

SUNDAY:

  • Grill Night

    Sun: Pork won tons with sesame sauce; spicy tofu with Chinese chives
    Mon: leftover seafood stew, oysters on the half shell
    Tues: Baked salmon with citrus glaze; snow pea and green pea salad with basil dressing
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: Shrimp with basil, tomatoes and pasta
    Fri: leftovers
    Sat: takeout

    Sun: Seared halibut with orange-castelvetrano olive salsa, brown rice
    Mon: Curried butternut squash soup, warm naan bread
    Tue: Salmon, green beans
    Wed: Chicken parm meatballs, garlic bread, salad
    Thu: Shrimp & garlic pizza, salad
    Fri: Chicken tostadas
    Sat: Eggs, sausage, toast, fruit salad

    Tuesday: Lasagna and Green Beans

    Wednesday: Salmon with Herb Dressing and Fresh Vegetables

    Thursday: Easy Taco Dip and Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Avocado Salad

    Friday: Salisbury Steak Pasta Bake and Corn

    Saturday: 50/50 Burger and Fresh Veggies

    Sunday: Easy Mongolian Beef with Rice and Peas

    Weds – brats, corn, asparagus
