Week 699 Weekly Menu

Hello everyone! With the help of Hello Fresh (which we are loving, by the way!) and Costco, our family is figuring out dinner as I recover from hand surgery.. Just a few more weeks (hopefully!) with me out of commission.

Week 699 weekly dinner plans

MONDAY:

  • Cheesy Smothered Mushroom Chicken (Hello Fresh)

TUESDAY:

WEDNESDAY:

  • Ancho BBQ Sloppy Joes (Hello Fresh)

THURSDAY:

  • Italian Chicken over Lemony Spaghetti (Hello Fresh)

FRIDAY:

  • Leftovers

SATURDAY:

  • Sweet Chili Pork Bowls (Hello Fresh)

SUNDAY:

  • Stuffed Turkey Breasts (Costco)

    I’m glad to hear you’re on the mend. Sounds like a freak, awful accident. :(. Our menus look eerily similar this week. Great minds think alike. 🙂

    Sunday: Asian salmon and green beans

    Monday: Loaded nachos (ground beef, corn, tomatoes, black beans, olives, spinach)

    Tuesday: Eggroll in a bowl

    Wednesday: Chili con Carne in the Instant Pot

    Thursday: Pork carnitas in the slow cooker

    Friday: Pizza night!

    Saturday: Takeout

    Sun: Cornish hens roasted with potatoes, shallots and carrots
    Mon: Dan Dan noodles using bean threads, gai lan
    Tues: Hot and sour soup
    Wed: leftovers
    Thurs: leftovers
    Fri: leftovers
    Sat: Grilled London broil, grilled gai lan

    Friday: Spicy Fried Chicken and Brussels Sprouts with Sweet Potatoes

    Saturday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice and Asparagus

    Sunday: Taco Potluck
