Week 703 Weekly Dinner Menu

It’s a big birthday week around here! Two birthdays, so the birthday girls get to pick dinner. Plus we’re still leveraging Hello Fresh heavily. 😉

    Sun: Baked whole chicken, roasted butternut squash
    Mon: Italian egg bake, toast
    Tue: Chicken noodle soup, grainy bread
    Wed: Angel hair pasta with a red sauce, salad
    Thu: Leftovers
    Fri: Sloppy joes, chips
    Sat: Shrimp & veggie stir fry, brown rice

    Monday- salmon, Brussels sprouts, and rice
    Tuesday- pizza
    Wednesday- chili
    Thursday- leftovers
    Friday- take out

    Monday: One-pan Pork Tenderloin with green beans & potatoes (ATK recipe)
    Tuesday: Loaded nachos
    Wednesday: Golden fried rice and roasted cauliflower
    Thursday: Chili con Carne in the Instant Pot
    Friday: Pizza night!
    Saturday: Takeout!!

    Mon: Shrimp boil with corn and potatoes
    Tues: leftovers
    Wed: Birthday takeout
    Thurs: Butternut squash and chickpeas
    Fri: Sloppy Joes and air fryer french fries
    Sat: Udon noodle soup

    Mon- chicken soup using Rao’s wedding soup as base and adding chicken thigh chunks and broth
    Tues- ginger sesame marinade chicken thigh oven stir fry (snow peas, water chestnuts, carrots)
    Wed- bean burrito night
    Th- pasta with carrots or peas
    Fr- meatball sandwiches (heat frozen cooked meatballs from freezer) and green beans
    Sat- take out

    Tuesday: Persian Inspired Crockpot Beef Stew with Rice and Peas

    Wednesday: Chicken Taquitos, Guacamole and Corn

    Thursday: Green Chicken Enchiladas with Cotija Crema and Endive Salad

    Friday: Meat Hand Pies and Fresh Vegetables

    Saturday-Sunday: Out of Town
