Week 707 Weekly Menu

I will most likely be having a second procedure on my thumb this week, so back to using some Hello Fresh meals…Nate and the kids will have to start cooking again!

    Sun: Chicken Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, salad
    Mon: Carrot soup, warm naan bread
    Tue: Kale salad with shrimp, goat cheese, & walnuts
    Wed: Homemade chicken nuggets, mixed veggies
    Thu: Seared salmon, brown rice, corn
    Fri: Veggie fried rice, egg rolls
    Sat: Crispy chicken (Ina Garten), baked sweet potatoes, green beans

    Hope surgery goes well

    Sat- slow cooker ginger sauce chicken thighs, creamed corn, iceberg lettuce salad with blueberry pomegranate dressing and blueberries
    Sun- spaghetti, iceberg lettuce salad, yellow squash
    M- 50/50 lentil burgers, canned green beans
    T- lentils with bbq rub spice and canned sliced olives, salad, canned green beans
    W- Rao’s wedding soup, add canned tomatoes, canned mushrooms
    Th- Turkey sandwiches
    F- eat out

    Sunday: Pork carnitas in the slow cooker and roasted asparagus
    Monday: Lemon-Herb Cod Fillets with Crispy Garlic Potatoes (America’ sTest Kitchen recipe, p90) and Roasted Cauliflower with Lemon & Capers (Ina Garten recipe, p154)
    Tuesday: Egg roll in a bowl
    Wednesday: Burgers on the grill and Broccoli & Kale Salad (Ina Garten recipe, p91)
    Thursday: Ultimate Tuna Melt (Ina Garten recipe, p79) and roasted red potatoes
    Friday: Homemade pizza night!!
    Saturday: Takeout!!

    Tuesday: Spicy Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Slaw

    Wednesday: Tacos with Fresh Tomatillo Salsa

    Thursday: BLT’s with Arugula Pesto Aioli and Fresh Veggies

    Friday: Cheeseburgers and Fries

    Saturday: Clam Chowder with Cheesy Bacon Knots

    Sunday: Homemade Sausage and Onion Pizza with Broccoli

    Friday – Making italian feast with my granddaughter – She has started getting the Raddish subscription!

    Happy New Year!
    Here are the meals I’m cooking this week:

    1)Veggie cheese burgers, roasted potatoes, marinated coleslaw, raw veggies & hummus

    2)Vegetable barley soup, salad, yeast rolls

    3)Lima beans, baked potatoes & baked sweet potatoes, sauteed kale, leftover salad
